Ingredients
- 6 or 8 medium potatoes
- 1 lb. or more Hillshire Farm smoked, hot or Polish sausage
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 or 3 stems celery, cut in chunks
- 4 or 5 carrots
- salt and pepper or favorite seasonings
Method
- Cut peeled potatoes, slanted diagonally, about 1/4 inch thick; put in bowl.
- Slice onion over potatoes.
- Cut celery and carrots and put over onion and potatoes.
- Pre-boil sausage; cut slanted diagonally.
- Season to taste.
- Cover.
