Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked ham (ground)
  • 1 (12 oz.) can vacuum-pack golden whole corn, drained
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Method

  • Combine ham, drained canned corn, mayonnaise, eggs and 1 cup cracker crumbs in medium bowl. Shape mixture in small balls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs. Fry in deep hot fat (365° to 375°), 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
