Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 each: red, yellow and green peppers, chopped
- 2/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. water
Method
- Combine kraut, onion and peppers.
- Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and water.
- Pour over kraut.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
