Ingredients
- 2 c. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. crumbled corn bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Boil the squash and onion in water until tender.
- Drain; then add the soup, eggs and corn bread.
- Last, blend in the melted butter.
- Pour into a glass pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400° until firm.
