Ingredients

  • 20 piece butter cookies/biscuits/crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate flakes/grated chocolate
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp thick cream
  • 1 milk (to fix consistency)
  • 1 chocolate to coat cake pops

Method

  • Place crackers into ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Don't make it too fine a powder.
  • Put crushed cookies into a big bowl.
  • Add chocolate flakes and stir.
  • Set aside.
  • In another bowl, place the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream with an electric mixer.
  • Add combined liquids to the crushed cookie mixture.
  • Mix everything well together.
  • Its easier but messier to do this by hand.
  • If too crumbly and dry, add a small splash of milk.
  • Line a tray with wax paper.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and place onto the tray.
  • Put in freezer for 30 mins.
  • Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave or in a bowl above boiling water.
  • Stir to smooth.
  • Dip the balls into chocolate and place back in the freezer for 20 mins to set up.
