Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can chopped sauerkraut
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can corn
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except sugar, then sprinkle sugar over top of mixture.
- Cover; refrigerate overnight for best flavor, but may be served sooner.
- Mix well before serving.
