Ingredients
- 1 qt. jar sauerkraut
- 1 lb. Polish sausage
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 c. water
Method
- Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
- Cut Polish sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Put in pan; add 1 cup water, apple, carrot and caraway seed.
- Cook until meat, carrot and apples are done and very little juice left.
