Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. size) can shredded kraut
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Drain kraut well.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper and mix well.
- Mix together in another bowl, sugar, vinegar and salad oil. Pour over kraut mixture.
- Let stand overnight, preferably 24 hours.
