Ingredients
- 6 onions
- 6 green peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 6 green tomatoes
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. salad dressing
Method
- Grind vegetables. Cover with boiling water.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Boil 10 minutes.
- Add mustard mixed with flour.
- Boil 3 minutes.
- Add 1 quart dressing.
- Bring to boil.
- Pour into jars and seal.
