Ingredients
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in 2 1/2-quart saucepan.
- Stir in milk and chocolate pieces.
- Place over medium heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved and chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; beat with rotary beater until chocolate is blended.
- Stir in Kahlua and vanilla.
- Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds slightly.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Turn into a 4-cup mold.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold.
- Garnish with chocolate curls.
