Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cooked and cut up
- 3 pcs of green onion
- 1/2 pound red grapes
- 1/2 can cashews
- 2 stalks celery, cut up sm.
- Mayonnaise (sufficient to mix salad well)
Method
- Boil chicken till done.
- Cut up chicken in bowl (in pcs).
- Cut up green onion and add in to chicken.
- Cut up celery (small) and put in bowl.
- Add in sufficient mayonnaise till well moistened.
- Add in red grapes.
- Add in cashew nuts.
- Look to see if salad is not mixed sufficient.
- If not, add in more mayonnaise till well mixed.
- Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly so before serving.
