Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and cut up
  • 3 pcs of green onion
  • 1/2 pound red grapes
  • 1/2 can cashews
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up sm.
  • Mayonnaise (sufficient to mix salad well)

Method

  • Boil chicken till done.
  • Cut up chicken in bowl (in pcs).
  • Cut up green onion and add in to chicken.
  • Cut up celery (small) and put in bowl.
  • Add in sufficient mayonnaise till well moistened.
  • Add in red grapes.
  • Add in cashew nuts.
  • Look to see if salad is not mixed sufficient.
  • If not, add in more mayonnaise till well mixed.
  • Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly so before serving.
