- 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. ground beef, cooked and drained well
- 1 c. cream-style or whole grain corn
- 1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Method
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 375° for 30 minutes or until tests done.
- Serve with a salad for a complete meal.
