Ingredients
- 2 cans boneless salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- pinch of horseradish
Method
- In a large bowl, blend all together.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yields 2 cups of spread.
