- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/8 oz. pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
Method
- Put salmon with liquid into a bowl.
- Remove bones and flake salmon.
- Combine milk and bread crumbs.
- Add to salmon and mix gently with fork.
- Add egg, salt, poultry seasoning, celery, green pepper, lemon juice and onion.
- Mix.
- Turn mixture into well-greased 1-quart ring mold.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until firm.
