Ingredients
- 1 c. fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla fat-free ice cream
- 1 c. cold strong brewed coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. Diabetes Sweet
Method
- Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Place container in freezer 1 to 2 hours.
- Scrape sides of container; process until smooth and frothy.
- Garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 2 servings.
