Ingredients
- 1 can salmon (2 c.)
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Method
- Drain salmon and add to milk; flake pieces of salmon.
- Combine all ingredients and put in 8 x 11 x 3-inch greased pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
