Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/2 qt. whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients and cook on low heat until thick. Cool.
- Mix in pineapple, whipping cream and pecans.
- Refrigerate overnight.
