Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
- 1/2 onion, chopped or 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. onion juice
- 1 c. medium white sauce for a garnish
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, on top of sauce for garnish
Method
- Mix together salmon, soup, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and onion juice.
- Place in loaf pan.
- Bake in a loaf or casserole pan at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Pour white sauce over salmon loaf and garnish with hard-boiled eggs.
