Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. margarine
- sprinkle of paprika
Method
- Cook potatoes with skins; cool off.
- Shred potatoes on big side of grater.
- Put shredded cheese and 1/4 cup margarine in saucepan; let it melt.
- Remove from stove.
- Put sour cream, onions, salt and pepper in.
- Fold into potatoes in greased casserole.
- Dot with 2 teaspoons margarine; sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
