Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape firmly into 6 patties.
- In skillet, brown patties and pour off fat.
- Stir in remaining soup and water.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.
- Stir occasionally.
- For more gravy, add additional can of soup.
