Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • chili powder
  • 1 bag nachos

Method

  • Brown meat, green pepper and onion together.
  • Drain excess grease.
  • Add tomatoes.
  • Divide meat in 3 portions.
  • Layer bottom of casserole dish with meat mixture. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • Layer with 1/3 of cheese.
  • Repeat layering 2 more times.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with black olives and green olives (chopped).
