Ingredients
- 1 salmon steak medium
- 1 teaspoon fermented black beans Whole
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 spring onion stem
- fresh ginger cut into thin strips, optional
Method
- Mash black beans by fork or in mortar. Add soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and dark sesame oil. Mix well
- Place spring onion on a plate, put fish steak on top
- Spread black bean mixture evenly over the steak. Sprinkle by some ginger
- Place fish into steaming rack, cover and steam about 10 min
