Ingredients
- 2 c. Pioneer brand biscuit mix
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- vanilla and nuts
Method
- Mix by hand.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
- Near end of cooking time, heat 1/2 stick margarine and about 1 1/2 cups brown sugar plus 3 to 4 tablespoons milk until margarine is melted.
- Pour mixture over the cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
- Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
- Broil until sugar bubbles.
