Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- powdered sugar
Method
- Grease 9 x 19-inch pan.
- Press 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of pan.
- Mix cream cheese, egg yolk (save egg white), vanilla, lemon juice and granulated sugar.
- Spread evenly onto crescent roll.
- Spread second package of crescent roll on top of cream cheese.
- Beat egg white with fork until light and fluffy and brush evenly on top.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
