Ingredients
- 12 strips bacon, cut in half
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 lb. chicken or beef livers
Method
- Lay the half slices of bacon out; cut livers into small pieces to fit inside bacon.
- Place water chestnut first at the end of bacon, then liver.
- Now roll ingredients firmly together.
- Put toothpick through ingredients to hold together.
- Put in a nonstick pan at 350° and bake for 30 minutes, until liver and bacon are done.
