Ingredients
- sliced bacon (raw)
- 1 can water chestnuts
- chicken livers
- soy sauce
Method
- Wash and remove fiber from chicken livers.
- Soak in soy sauce for 1 hour.
- Cut chestnuts in slices.
- Place 1 piece of chestnuts in the center of 1 piece of liver.
- Wrap bacon around liver and chestnut.
- Secure with wooden toothpick.
- Place on ungreased baking dish, about 1/4-inch apart.
- Bake at 350° until bacon is crisp. Serve hot with a salsa type dip.
