- 4 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
- 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. finely minced green onions
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 whole clove garlic
Method
- Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup and clove of garlic mashed well thoroughly; add green onions and celery. Dressing should be poured over cooked shrimp.
- Marinate 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve cold on shredded lettuce.
