- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coco (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Thyme (rubbed)
- 1/2 tsp Dried tarragon
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix seasoning blend and set aside.
- (this is enough seasoning for about 12 servings)
- Vegetables should be cut down to bite size pieces.
- Coat the vegetables with a tablespoon or 2 of cooking oil.
- (any)
- Season the vegetables very generously with the seasoning.
- (store extra seasoning in an airtight container at room temperature)
- Roasted vegetables in a thin layer in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- The vegetables should still be a little crisp.
- Option: Add a tablespoon of butter before serving.
