Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Coco (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme (rubbed)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried tarragon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Mix seasoning blend and set aside.
  • (this is enough seasoning for about 12 servings)
  • Vegetables should be cut down to bite size pieces.
  • Coat the vegetables with a tablespoon or 2 of cooking oil.
  • (any)
  • Season the vegetables very generously with the seasoning.
  • (store extra seasoning in an airtight container at room temperature)
  • Roasted vegetables in a thin layer in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The vegetables should still be a little crisp.
  • Option: Add a tablespoon of butter before serving.
