Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Melt butter; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt.
  • Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise every 1/4-inch but not through skin.
  • Place potatoes on cookie sheet and brush with 1/3 of butter mixture.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until tender.
  • Brush occasionally during baking with butter mixture.
  • After last brushing, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
