Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 large potatoes
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Melt butter; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt.
- Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise every 1/4-inch but not through skin.
- Place potatoes on cookie sheet and brush with 1/3 of butter mixture.
- Bake 35 minutes or until tender.
- Brush occasionally during baking with butter mixture.
- After last brushing, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
