Ingredients
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. stew beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
- 2 carrots, cut up small
- 1 large can tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder (if desired)
Method
- Place in heavy duty foil.
- Divide stew meat, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.
- Season each serving and divide the can of tomatoes over each.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 2 hours.
