- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 c. cooked chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts or celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, mix soups and sour cream together.
- Add chicken, water chestnuts and onions; mix well.
- Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Stir crackers into butter and spread over casserole.
- Sprinkle top with poppy seed. Bake for 30 minutes.
