Ingredients

  • 1 packages Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 medium size carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup potato, chopped
  • 1 12oz can corn
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme

Method

  • In a soup pot combine water,potato, celery, onion, carrot, thyme and parsley.
  • Bring to a boil, simmer until veggies are tender
  • Add soup package, boil for 5 minutes.
  • Until noodles are cooked.
  • Remove from heat, add in milk, butter and corn.
  • Re-heat until hot throughout.
  • Serve :)
