Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 soup can water
- 1 beef roast
Method
- Brown
- roast
- in
- large skillet.
- Be sure to mix mayonnaise with
- soup,
- then add water to soup mixture.
- Mix well. Pepper roast
- and put
- chopped
- onion and pepper over roast. Then
- pour soup mixture over roast.
- Cook over low heat until tender and gravy is thick.
- Add more water, if needed.
