Ingredients
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 small boxes grape Jell-O
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix boiling water, Jell-O, pineapple with juice and blueberry pie filling. Pour in a large dish and let congeal. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add pecans. Spread over congealed Jell-O.
