Ingredients
- 1 lb. roast beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 to 2 medium onions, cut into strips
- 1 to 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
- butter or vegetable oil
- hoagie rolls
Method
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or oil.
- Add meat.
- Cook until heated through and through.
- Remove from heat and put on hoagie rolls.
- Add cheese and enjoy!
