- 1 large fryer
- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- minced garlic
- pinch of basil
- salt and pepper
- wide chopped celery
- chopped green pepper
- chopped onion
- sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can peas
- cream of chicken soup
- cream of celery soup
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk per soup
- 1 garlic clove
- parsley
- sprinkle of grated American cheese
Method
- Cook chicken in kettle with water, bouillon cubes, minced garlic, chopped celery, onion, parsley, pinch of basil, salt and pepper.
- Strain broth and cook noodles in half broth and half water.
- When done, drain and set aside.
