Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer
  • 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • minced garlic
  • pinch of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • wide chopped celery
  • chopped green pepper
  • chopped onion
  • sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can peas
  • cream of chicken soup
  • cream of celery soup
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk per soup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • parsley
  • sprinkle of grated American cheese

Method

  • Cook chicken in kettle with water, bouillon cubes, minced garlic, chopped celery, onion, parsley, pinch of basil, salt and pepper.
  • Strain broth and cook noodles in half broth and half water.
  • When done, drain and set aside.
