Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter (no substitute)
  • 2 c. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies, crunched
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. chocolate bits
  • 8 oz. chocolate bar (milk or dark)

Method

  • Combine butter, peanut butter and confectioners sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Add Rice Krispies and walnuts.
  • Chill.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Chill.
  • Dip in chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate bits and chocolate bar.
  • Dip balls into this using a fork to cover and remove to cookie sheet.
  • Chill.
