Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (no substitute)
- 2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 3 c. Rice Krispies, crunched
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1 c. chocolate bits
- 8 oz. chocolate bar (milk or dark)
Method
- Combine butter, peanut butter and confectioners sugar.
- Mix well.
- Add Rice Krispies and walnuts.
- Chill.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Chill.
- Dip in chocolate.
- Melt chocolate bits and chocolate bar.
- Dip balls into this using a fork to cover and remove to cookie sheet.
- Chill.
