- 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed
Method
- Prepare grill.
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub spice mixture evenly over steaks; let stand 10 minutes.
- Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray.
- Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
