Ingredients
- 4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook potatoes; mash in large bowl with mixer.
- Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Beat at high speed until smooth and light.
- Blend in chives.
- Spoon into lightly greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
