Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked diced beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- cooked rice
Method
- Brown beef in butter in skillet; stir in flour.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except rice.
- Add to meat mixture.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Freezes well.
