Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. raw cranberries, ground
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecan meats, broken
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Method

  • Mix sugar and berries together and let stand several hours. Add gelatin to boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
  • Stir in orange juice and other ingredients.
  • Pour into mold and set in refrigerator.
  • Serve on crisp lettuce garnished with mayonnaise.
