Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • berries to your heart's content
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 walnuts crushed, halves

Method

  • In a deep cereal bowl, put oats and water, and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds, making sure the oats don't over-rise out of the bowl.
  • Add the chia seeds and almond milk to the oatmeal, and mix. Cover and let sit for 1 minute.
  • Top with berries, walnuts, and a dash with cinnamon. Enjoy!
