Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- berries to your heart's content
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 4 walnuts crushed, halves
Method
- In a deep cereal bowl, put oats and water, and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds, making sure the oats don't over-rise out of the bowl.
- Add the chia seeds and almond milk to the oatmeal, and mix. Cover and let sit for 1 minute.
- Top with berries, walnuts, and a dash with cinnamon. Enjoy!
