- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 lb. chopped celery
- 1/2 large green pepper
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 2/3 c. cold water
- 1 pkg. chicken noodle soup
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Brown first 4 ingredients together; pour off most of the fat. Boil rice in water with bouillon cube and Worcestershire sauce. Combine in a casserole dish.
- Crumble cornflakes and butter on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
