Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 1 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Method
- Grease pie pan.
- Put cranberries in pie pan and cover with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts.
- Melt oleo and add extract, sugar, flour and eggs.
- Pour mixture over cranberries.
- Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool cake and top with powdered sugar.
