Ingredients
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix rice and butter; let melt, then mix all of the above.
- Mix well; top with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
