Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 2 c. water
- 2 1/2 qt. water
- 1 3/4 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Mix in a bowl cornmeal and 2 cups water and set aside.
- Bring to a boil 2 1/2 quarts water in a saucepan.
- Add the cornmeal mixture.
- Boil 3/4 to 1 hour.
- Add salt and let boil a few minutes longer.
