- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 lb. ground beef (you can use sausage, ham or bacon)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown meat; drain and set aside.
- Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
- Stir in meat, cheese, onions, pepper and seasonings.
- Pour in unbaked frozen pie shell at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown on top.
- Can be baked and frozen.
