Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef (you can use sausage, ham or bacon)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Brown meat; drain and set aside.
  • Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
  • Stir in meat, cheese, onions, pepper and seasonings.
  • Pour in unbaked frozen pie shell at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown on top.
  • Can be baked and frozen.
