Ingredients
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Method
- Mix rice, beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
- Form into 18 balls and put in skillet.
- Add sugar to remaining juice.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes.
