Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, fry and set aside
  • 150 grams of slices pork or beef
  • 1 half onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup of each red and yellow bells pepper
  • 1 half of green chilie slice
  • 1 thai red chilie sliced
  • 1 tbsp spoon of oil
  • 1 tbsp spoon of chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup of cooked rice

Method

  • Preheated frying pan add oil and garlic fry till golden brown
  • Add pork fry till cooked
  • Add onion, bells pepper, chilies stirring till chilies are soft
  • Add oyster, sugar, fish sauce, light soy sauce and taste.
  • Divided rice onto 3serving dish add egg on the dish and put stir fry pork on served
