Ingredients

  • 6 Satoimo (taro root)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 Yuzu pepper paste
  • 1 Roasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 Shichimi spice

Method

  • Boil the taro root and peel the skin.
  • Cut in half.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, miso, and yuzu pepper into a bowl.
  • Add the taro and coat with the sauce.
  • Serve on a dish and garnish with white sesame seeds and shichimi spice.
