Ingredients
- 6 Satoimo (taro root)

Method
- Boil the taro root and peel the skin.
- Cut in half.
- Combine the mayonnaise, miso, and yuzu pepper into a bowl.
- Add the taro and coat with the sauce.
- Serve on a dish and garnish with white sesame seeds and shichimi spice.
